The team at Kaeros has over 50 years collectively working in the field of finance. We possess broad experience in private and public market transactions, across multiple asset classes.
We specialize in structuring transactions where our clients are having difficulty securing traditional bank debt and thus looking for alternate capital sources.
With a breadth of sectoral experience including media and entertainment (M&E), commodities (oil & gas), manufacturing, technology (both pure tech and tech-enabled companies) and professional services, we are receptive to exploring most industries and financing structures.
We specialize in sourcing the necessary capital for mid-market companies across Canada, to grow their businesses. The Kaeros Process provides you, the business owner, peace of mind in a capital raise situation, as we manage all aspects of a financing project from beginning to end, and beyond.
With a few exceptions, we are sector agnostic and seek clients with capital raise needs of between C$5 million and C$50 million.
We specialize in more complex financing structures involving different asset classes, including senior debt, subordinated debt, venture debt, ABL facilities, factoring facilities, lease facilities and equity, among others.
